About the Role
Willing Hearts, Helpful Hands is an innovative community program serving family caregivers by connecting them with trained volunteers who provide respite services. The Program Evaluator will play a key role as the program expands, ensuring data accuracy and reportability.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all data collected is complete, accurate, and reportable.
- Run reports from Survey Monkey and Sumac database for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project Manager).
- Prior experience working in a data coordinator or similar role is a plus.
- Prior experience with the geriatric population or in a healthcare or social services setting is a plus.
- Demonstrate pleasant and effective communication skills.
