Responsibilities
- Take a proactive approach to discovering customer needs and listening to understand their requests.
- Educate customers by providing relevant insights and expert advice.
- Build comprehensive customer plans using a holistic approach to help them achieve their goals.
- Nurture strong, long-standing customer relationships.
- Develop, retain, and grow the branch business by meeting individual and team sales goals that support a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- The appetite and drive to build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment that align with customer goals.
- Ability to uncover and solve customer needs.
- Mutual Funds license.
- Working towards the CIFP Diploma.
