Responsibilities
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and other platform capabilities, including third-party integration tools.
- Define technical architecture, data models, integration patterns, and security frameworks.
- Translate Jira Story requirements into sustainable technical designs.
- Lead technical design reviews and architecture discussions.
- Develop complex Apex methods, Lightning Web Components, and flows.
- Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Provide thought leadership around release management and DevOps practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical coaching.
- Harden development standards, code review processes, and recommend engineering best practices.
- Serve as a technical escalation point for complex production issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Salesforce platform.
- Partner with product managers, architects, business analysts, and leadership teams.
- Provide effort estimates, technical roadmaps, and implementation recommendations.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure platform compliance with enterprise security standards.
- Implement and maintain role hierarchies, sharing models, and permission frameworks.
- Guide platform governance, technical debt reduction, and release strategies.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineers
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
- Must be willing to execute Corient’s Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
