About the Role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Product Specialist in Toronto, ON, to drive sales and market share objectives for Neurovascular products. This role involves managing a territory, acting as a key account contact, executing sales strategies, and providing clinical support to healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Attain sales/market share objectives by supporting and managing the defined territory strategically.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for account management within the territory's hospitals.
  • Execute national, regional, and local sales and marketing strategies for Johnson & Johnson MedTech Neurovascular products.
  • Manage territory budget, administrative duties, and work within POD structures.
  • Gather and share customer feedback, deliver promotional programs, and anticipate market changes with potential solutions.
  • Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, decision-makers, and customers to deliver value.
  • Provide professional clinical support to customers on the safe and effective use of Neurovascular products.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing management to refine initiatives and create local launch strategies.
  • Demonstrate outstanding customer service with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop comprehensive proposals and manage RFPs/RFQs in response to customer needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a University Degree required; business, engineering, or health sciences preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience in the healthcare/medical device industry OR a minimum of three (3) years of technical experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets preferred.
  • Results and performance driven with a bias for action and sense of urgency.
  • Willingness to work within a lab or operating room (OR) environment.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills preferred.
  • Ability to understand and discuss complex clinical trials and related data sets.
  • Excellent collaborator and problem solver with initiative and creativity.
  • Desire to work within a commission/bonus-driven environment.
  • Ability to travel as necessary (minimum 25%), including overnight and/or weekend travel.
  • Safe driving record as per Johnson & Johnson SAFE Fleet guidelines.
