About the Role
Learns and performs basic concrete tasks under close supervision. Assists with preparation, placement, and finishing activities while gaining hands-on experience in safe work practices and concrete construction techniques.
Responsibilities
- Assists in form setup, placement, and finishing of concrete under direct supervision.
- Prepares and maintains clean, organized work areas and tools.
- Supports crew in basic concrete finishing and curing operations.
- Follows DPR Construction’s safety procedures and uses required protective equipment.
- Participates in training and on-the-job learning to develop technical and safety skills.
- Communicates effectively with crew members and responds to direction promptly.
- Performs cleanup and assists with material handling as directed.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in concrete construction or a related trade required.
- OSHA 10 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.
Experience Level

Education Level
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
