About the Role
Provides inquiry and transactional support services to People Practices customers through case management tools, telephony, chat, and email platforms. Facilitates basic employee data transactions and resolves day-to-day inquiries while ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant support.
Responsibilities
- Uses case and knowledge management tools, telephony, chat, online cases, and email platforms to respond to People Practices inquiries and complete basic transactions.
- Initiates and documents transactions in compliance with procedures and data privacy standards.
- Provides professional and inclusive customer service and escalates complex issues according to established protocols.
- Maintains current knowledge of People Practices policies and programs.
- Adheres to case documentation and audit requirements.
- Triages inquiries for appropriate handling and ensures follow-up to resolution.
- Utilizes Workday, ServiceNow, and related systems to support transactions and troubleshoot basic issues.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of related experience required.
- Experience with Workday or ServiceNow preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish written/oral is REQUIRED for this role.
- This role requires supporting late-shift coverage through 7:00 PM PST.
