About the Role

LearnTastic is seeking a driven and customer-focused Product Manager to shape, develop, and execute product strategy. This role involves owning the product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering products that create value for customers and support business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Understand customer needs through user feedback, data, market research, and internal collaboration.
  • Gather, evaluate, and prioritize product requirements and opportunities.
  • Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Design throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive products, and customer feedback.
  • Define, monitor, and communicate key product metrics and KPIs.
  • Use data and customer insights to evaluate product performance and guide decisions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on product launches, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Communicate product priorities, plans, decisions, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
  • Act as a key link between business stakeholders, customers, and the Product Team.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and product performance.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management or a related product-focused role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and business teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business and customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Strong prioritization and decision-making skills.
  • Experience working with product management and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Experience working with product metrics, analytics, and data.
  • Strong customer focus and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
  • Experience working in EdTech, SaaS, e-commerce, or other digital products.
  • Experience working on products that serve both individual customers and businesses.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and user-centered product development.
  • Experience with product analytics and experimentation.
  • Experience conducting customer interviews, usability testing, or other product discovery activities.
  • Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams.
