About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team, offering a consistent full-time evening schedule and the opportunity to provide quality care within a supportive healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to assigned residents.
- Monitor and document changes in resident condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Communicate with RNs and other members of the care team.
- Maintain accurate resident documentation.
- Support residents with their day-to-day healthcare needs.
Requirements
- Active NY LPN License
- BLS – AHA or RQI required
- 1+ year of LPN experience
