About the Role
This pivotal role is for an account leader who thrives at the intersection of client ambition, creative excellence, and business results, helping brands grow with confidence, clarity, and momentum. You will own a portfolio of culturally ambitious clients, partnering closely with strategy, creative, and production leadership to ensure breakthrough work is brilliantly delivered.
Responsibilities
- Build long-term client relationships by learning their business, adding value, and building trust.
- Drive growth across the client portfolio through organic expansion and deepened scopes of work, meeting annual growth targets.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand Mint's impact across experiences, content, and campaigns using the Earned by Design ethos.
- Act as an integrated leader, speaking to all agency services and navigating departments through the creative process.
- Serve as the day-to-day senior partner across accounts, building relationships at multiple client levels.
- Elevate strategic partnership and service to ensure work solves real business problems.
- Advocate for the creative process, educating clients on achieving the best product and impact.
- Become an expert on client businesses to build long-term relationships grounded in trust, clarity, and results.
- Ensure work is connected across strategy, creative, and production.
- Champion an insight-led, culturally relevant, and results-driven approach.
- Keep teams resourced, aligned, and moving efficiently, supporting AI implementation.
- Contribute to portfolio-level P&L with accountability to monthly KPI results.
- Lead SOW development and scope management, handling scope creep conversations.
- Contribute to forecasting, revenue tracking, and profitability across the portfolio.
- Support and mentor account team members with clarity, accountability, and care.
- Partner with leadership and People & Culture on individual growth plans for account team members.
- Contribute to training and mentorship initiatives.
- Act as a culture carrier: celebrating wins, reinforcing standards, and setting the tone.
