About the Role
Three Wire Systems is building a team to support Department of Defense civilian employees worldwide through an Employee Assistance Program. This program will provide consultation, counseling, referrals, concierge services, critical incident support, and training to strengthen the DoD workforce.
Responsibilities
- Provide employees and family members with assessment, short-term problem solving, referral, and emergency information.
- Conduct face-to-face or telehealth sessions, maintaining confidentiality according to federal and state laws.
- Provide management consultation, employee and supervisor orientations, and presentations.
- Serve as a liaison and subject matter expert on disaster mental health and crisis response teams when requested.
- Participate in agency meetings and collaborate with installation helping agencies.
- Provide critical incident response and notify the Contracting Officer's Representative within twenty-four hours.
- Post schedules and instructions for accessing services during absences.
- Work under the supervision of a qualified Clinical Supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of clinical experience post-graduate degree.
- Demonstrated capability to complete accurate bio-psycho-social assessments, including substance abuse assessments.
- Specialized experience and training in phone counseling required for phone counseling roles.
- Must be able to practice at the independent level without state-mandated clinical supervision.
- Must be 100% dedicated to this contract.
- A signed commitment letter is required.
- Replacement after contract award requires written approval from the Contracting Officer.
- Must have, or be covered by, professional liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 aggregate.
- Must be able to obtain a Common Access Card, requiring an NCIC check, NACI, and FBI fingerprint check.
- Must have, at a minimum, a public trust investigation.
- Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
- May not accept persons or family members contacted through the Employee Assistance Program as private clients.
