About the Role
Provides entry-level support to a manager or supervisor in daily office or department operations, including reception, filing, mail services, and photocopying.
Responsibilities
- Answers telephone, screens callers, relays messages, and greets visitors.
- Opens, sorts, and prioritizes mail.
- Picks up and delivers materials as required.
- Schedules and maintains calendars for meetings and/or appointments.
- Gathers, assembles, and files documents as needed.
- Performs other related duties as necessary.

- 0-1 year administrative experience supporting a medical office.
