About the Role
This role focuses on strengthening budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost management for a growing business. The ideal candidate will have experience in scaling businesses, asset management/financial services, and possess strong advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
Responsibilities
- Support and enhance financial reporting processes
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities
- Improve cost management and reporting visibility
- Work closely with key stakeholders across finance and the wider business
- Help shape and support the development of the long-term finance operating model
- Provide SME input across BAU, remediation, or transformation activity depending on business need
Requirements
- Strong background in financial reporting from an Investment Banking background
- Experience in BAU support, remediation, or transformation environments
- Confident working with senior stakeholders
- Able to hit the ground running in an interim capacity
