About the Role
Bee is building the next generation of ambient AI powered personal devices and experiences. This is a high impact, high ownership role requiring versatility across hardware, software, and end-to-end user experience. You will report directly to the Founders and work across the full product stack, supporting existing programs and driving execution on key initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support and drive execution across multiple active programs spanning hardware, software, and user experience
- Partner with engineering, design, and cross functional teams to define requirements, track milestones, and remove blockers
- Own program level artifacts including PRDs, roadmaps, and status updates
- Collaborate with Lab126 and external partners on hardware related workstreams
- Support integration efforts across Amazon systems and processes
- Translate ambiguous problems into clear plans and drive them to resolution
- Represent the product team in cross functional forums and leadership reviews
Requirements
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Skills
- Using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Building and driving adoption of new tools
