About the Role
As an associate in our Technology Transactions group, you will work on high-impact IP and tech-focused deals, utilizing cutting-edge AI agents to streamline processes. You will collaborate with partners, clients, and technology teams to transform legal service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Leverage AI agents to generate, compare, and revise technology and IP transaction documents.
- Use AI tools to conduct rapid document reviews, identify key terms, and generate client-facing diligence memos focused on IP and tech diligence.
- Integrate AI agents into workflow management, signing and closing checklists, and coordination with counterparties.
- Partner with clients to demonstrate how AI-assisted workflows improve accuracy, transparency, and deal velocity.
- Work closely with the technology teams to make the deal process more efficient using AI.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD), or equivalent; admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 4+ years of law firm experience in Technology Transactions and/or IP Transactions as primary practice.
- Substantive hands-on record drafting and negotiating technology and IP agreements.
- Experience supporting the IP and Tech workstreams of M&A and private equity transactions.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills; meticulous attention to detail; and ability to move matters forward.
