About the Role
Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking AT Mondelēz International. As a Brand Execution Merchant, you’ll bring world-famous snacks to life in-store, building relationships, stocking shelves, executing displays, and ensuring shoppers always find their favorite snacks. Your work delights consumers, drives results, and keeps our iconic brands front and center.
Responsibilities
- Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence.
- Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers.
- Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of our brands.
- Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce.
- Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans with the stores.
- Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage.
- Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
- Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team.
- Embrace the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Possess a positive and professional attitude.
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to various store locations.
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment and meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
- Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs.
- Physically move products from stock rooms to store floor and stock store shelves.
- Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location Austin, TX.
- Availability to work five days per week including one weekend day.
- Ability to start by 05:00 AM.
