  • Recruit, hire, onboard, train, schedule, coach, and develop a team of retail lead generators.
  • Establish clear expectations for productivity, professionalism, attendance, customer engagement, and lead quality.
  • Spend time inside retail partner stores providing hands-on coaching and performance support.
  • Observe employee interactions and provide immediate, practical feedback to improve customer engagement and lead-generation results.

  • Meet with store leadership to review results, resolve concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Use KPIs, staffing reports, conversion metrics, and performance trends to improve scheduling, store coverage, productivity, and results.
  • Ensure the program maintains an effective presence in the highest-opportunity locations and during peak customer traffic.
  • Hold team members accountable through consistent coaching, performance conversations, and documented follow-up.
  • Coordinate store events, promotional activities, and other lead-generation initiatives.
  • Communicate staffing needs, performance updates, and operational priorities to branch and retail leadership.
  • Ensure retail-generated opportunities are properly supported throughout the in-home sales process.
  • Promote a positive, customer-focused culture built around accountability, teamwork, and results.
