About the Role
Oversee the safe, secure, and sanitary storage and distribution of all products and inventory. Requires a personable, detail-oriented team player with strong organizational and influencing skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage on-hand inventory to optimize stock and minimize loss.
- Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to manage product requisition and distribution.
- Oversee the delivery process, including checking deliveries for accuracy and safety.
- Safeguard and rotate on-hand inventory.
- Ensure timely order placement and manage order delivery schedules and pricing lists.
- Conduct regular inventory checks.
- Oversee product storage and rotation.
- Hold pre-shift meetings with the warehouse team.
- Manage product transfers and requisition sheets for accurate tracking.
- Ensure accurate keying of invoices.
- Support the management and maintenance of Birchstreet processes and data.
- Identify slow and dead stock items and work with teams to address issues.
- Assist with loading product to locations.
- Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a Supervisory role.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Certain positions may require Florida Level 2 background screening.
