About the Role

The Account Manager will act as the holistic channel owner for Amazon for the Touchland brand, leading the seller central account and advertising strategy to maximize profitable sales growth. This is a hands-on role with significant leadership opportunity, ideal for an early-career Amazon brand manager.

Responsibilities

  • Own full P+L and sales call for Amazon channel.
  • Drive strategy and execution of advertising, promotion, and content for the channel.
  • Ensure strong brand content and creative across Amazon touchpoints in partnership with the ecommerce brand manager.
  • Develop and implement Sponsored Ads strategy to drive incremental sales, increase AOV, and maximize ROAS.
  • Develop Amazon DSP strategy in coordination with broker/agency.
  • Lead and maintain Amazon Marketing Cloud reporting objectives.
  • Report Amazon Ads and Sales performance to leadership teams.
  • Oversee broker source management for day-to-day Amazon business tasks.
  • Partner with customer logistics for day-to-day operations related to Amazon.
  • Partner with Demand Planning Manager for SKU-level demand planning and inventory forecasting.
  • Set future strategies and growth expectations for the channel.
  • Define product launch strategies, assortment, channel profitability, and price pack architecture needs.
  • Manage channel conflicts and needs as the brand rolls into new channels.
  • Partner with the international team for smooth global roll-out.
  • Coordinate with the DTC/affiliate team and EBM on best practice sharing and campaign activation strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on Amazon marketplace management and advertising.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving sales and revenue growth on the Amazon platform.
  • Familiarity with Amazon’s policies, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Comfort in leading strategic agency direction.
  • Understanding of sales, advertising, and business reporting.
  • Expert in using Amazon Seller Central and related tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with e-commerce analytics and reporting tools.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational ability.
  • Strong analytical ability.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
