About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our Data Intelligence and Analytics (DnA) TPM team. This role is responsible for driving business-critical initiatives across DnA, requiring attention to detail, accountability, collaboration, comfort with ambiguity, and technical understanding. You will manage cross-workstream technology initiatives, contribute to the Analytics team's success through planning, stakeholder management, communications, status reporting, and coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Analytics leaders.
Responsibilities
- Own timeline planning and on-time delivery across concurrent workstreams, building realistic schedules, and managing scope and execution.
- Deliver concise, executive-ready communications by synthesizing multi-workstream inputs.
- Prioritize backlog by business impact and adapt to changes, proactively proposing re-sequencing.
- Help DnA vertical teams adopt Project Management best practices, including unified tools, business models, processes, and automation.
- Develop strong, strategic relationships with partners and stakeholders across technical Product, Engineering, Data Platforms, business executives, and Analytics leaders.
- Proactively remove barriers and keep projects moving forward.
- Manage cross-vertical projects, identify resources, solve analytical problems, and forecast/mitigate risks.
- Convert business requirements into high-level technical specifications and identify key contributors.
- Stay informed on upstream product and data pipeline changes and their impact on downstream analytics and reporting.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Project Manager, or Scrum Master for a technology team.
- High sense of ownership and focus on building fast with awareness of limitations.
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
- Experience with large-scale cross-functional program management in a matrix organization.
- AI evangelist and hands-on LLM adopter.
- Love for data and turning chaos into something actionable.
- Sense of humor and self-awareness.
- Working knowledge of modern program management and productivity tools such as Jira/Confluence, Airtable, Google Workspace, and MS Office.
- Background in data analytics, or history of working within an Analytics team preferred.
- Understanding of data pipelines, semantic layers, and reporting tools such as Looker and Tableau preferred.

The Technical Program Manager will function as the interface between Data, Product, Operations, and Engineering teams; participating in coordination, alignment, road mapping and overall seamless delivery of best-in-class consumer applications.
