Responsibilities

Motivate, mentor, and develop a culinary team.
Manage culinary standards in a high-volume, scratch kitchen.
Assist and float through all kitchen stations.
Cook food in a modern kitchen.
Perform ordering, scheduling, inventory, and other administrative duties.

Requirements

Experience in high-volume kitchen management.
Passion for good food and creating innovative hospitality experiences.
Proficiency in delivering constructive feedback.
Enthusiasm and celebration of team successes.
Strong work ethic.
Ability to effectively communicate with guests and employees.
Ability to detect and identify safety issues and comply with safety guidelines.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, stock inventory, and perform restocking duties.
