Responsibilities

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain integration processes between 3rd party applications using MuleSoft or Workato.
Manage, monitor, sustain, troubleshoot, and support existing integration implementations.
Support developers and architects with design, development, and maintenance documentation.
Adapt and implement methodologies and processes.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with external and internal IT partners.
Manage the development of integration solutions, including development, unit testing, configuration, business readiness, and production support.
Work in an agile environment.
Understand client requirements and develop integration solutions.
Document system integration and reporting needs.
Build integrations and configure APIs or endpoint connection points.
Identify integration methods (middleware or custom).
Build transformation logic, including data cleansing, aggregation, grouping, joins/merges, and elimination.
Design, develop, and deliver integration solutions.
Resolve integration issues by diagnosing, tracking, and managing the integration process.
Design and customize technical testing methodologies and perform testing for integration endpoints and data flows.
Produce final integration deliverables and code bases, and perform follow-up testing.
Provide change management support to stakeholders.
Mentor Integration architects and developers.
Run SITs and UATs individually and create remediation reports.

Requirements

5+ years of software development experience.
3+ years of experience in iPaaS integration technologies.
Complete implementation experience of Workato / Dell Boomi integration with NetSuite or Salesforce platform or any other major cloud-based platforms.
Experience working with SaaS-based products and technologies like SOAP, REST, XML, WSDL, XSD, UDDI and JSON.
Demonstrated knowledge in SOA, API, Web-Services, Message-oriented integration & streaming concepts and technologies.
Understanding of Workday, Salesforce, and NetSuite integration methods.
