About the Role
NCBP is seeking a full-time Warehouse/Forklift Operator for its Middletown, NY location. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic warehouse environment and possess order fulfillment experience.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks of building materials, including checking in material.
- Fulfill customer orders from stock based on work orders.
- Load building materials onto pallets and shelves for delivery or warehouse receipt.
- Assist in counting physical inventory.
- Operate forklifts safely with proper equipment.
- Organize the warehouse for orderliness.
- Drive heavy-duty/commercial trucks and operate warehouse and truck-mounted forklifts.
- Adhere to DOT regulations, including vehicle inspections and ELD hours of service.
- Load material onto trucks and offload at job sites, checking for order accuracy.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to function in a dynamic warehouse environment.
- Frequent lifting and moving of material up to 70 pounds.
- Frequent standing, walking, and crouching.
