About the Role
Enertis Applus+ is seeking a Project Manager to join its US team. The Engineering area focuses on the design and supervision of renewable energy projects, ensuring high-quality standards and maximizing client profitability.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and administrative support, training to colleagues and/or higher hierarchy levels.
- Manage all types of projects.
- Control project productivity (time/product ratio).
- Control team member productivity.
- Manage deadlines and expectations.
- Control and assure quality of work.
- Assist the assigned project team.
- Assist the project manager with client communications.
- Assist the team with discussions between project participants.
- Take full responsibility for projects and lead with autonomy.
Requirements
- Able to travel 35% of the time.
- Proficiency on a PC computer in Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel).

Experience Level
- 3 to 5 years of experience in C&I and/or utility-scale solar projects consulting, engineering, construction and/or development.
Education Level
- Engineering degree (BS) is required. Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering is preferred.
- MS, PhD, MBA, NABCEP, EIT, or PE are a plus.
