About the Role
Good BBQ Company is looking for dependable, hardworking Crew Members to join our team in Austin, TX. As a Crew Member, you will help bring those values to life by serving guests with warmth, preparing food with care, and taking pride in a clean, well-run restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, take orders, and provide friendly, efficient service
- Prepare and assemble BBQ plates and menu items according to Good BBQ Company recipes, portions, and quality standards
- Keep workstations, dining areas, equipment, and restrooms clean, organized, and ready for guests
- Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately
- Restock food, supplies, and condiments throughout the shift
- Follow food-safety, sanitation, and handling procedures at all times
- Support teammates during busy periods so guests receive great food and service without compromise
- Complete assigned opening, closing, cleaning, and other shift responsibilities
Requirements

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Food-handler certification, or willingness to obtain one upon hire
- No prior restaurant experience is required—we will train the right person.
