About the Role
Figma is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to support, maintain, and improve our Workday platform, focusing on Core HCM configuration, reporting, security, EIBs, notifications, and alerts. This role involves configuration and testing for larger projects across other Workday modules, balancing day-to-day support with scalable system improvements.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM, including business processes, notifications, alerts, condition rules, validations, and related configuration.
- Maintain and update Workday security roles and role assignments, partnering with stakeholders to ensure appropriate access and compliance.
- Manage the HRIS support ticket queue, triaging requests, resolving system issues, identifying root causes, and recommending process improvements.
- Manage projects end to end, translating business requirements into scalable Workday solutions across modules like Payroll, Advanced Comp, Time Tracking, Benefits, Performance, or Absence.
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
- Create, execute, and troubleshoot Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) integrations for data imports, exports, and mass updates.
- Support Workday releases by evaluating new functionality, testing enhancements, and recommending adoption opportunities.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, testing, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience configuring Workday HCM business processes and administering security at a public company.
- Experience managing an HRIS support queue or responding to end-user support requests.
- Proficiency creating, executing, and troubleshooting EIBs.
- Experience in Workday reporting, including standard and advanced reports and calculated fields.
- Understanding of HR business processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
- Must keep cameras on during video interviews.
- Required to attend in-person onboarding if hired.
