About the Role
Unique AI is building a secure generative AI platform for the financial sector, aiming to revolutionize the industry with an AI Automated workforce to increase efficiency, improve alpha, reduce risk, and increase quality.
Responsibilities
- Manage A/P invoices and A/R invoices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Oversee expense management, including company credit cards and invoices.
- Prepare timely and accurate P&L reporting for the Swiss entity.
- Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and clarity.
- Take ownership of reporting, planning, budgeting, and controlling within the Finance team.
- Support company consolidation activities.
- Coordinate external accounting partners for non-Swiss subsidiaries.
- Manage treasury operations and associated tasks.
- Ensure compliance with VAT, insurance requirements, and local statutory obligations.
- Perform administrative tasks for the Finance and People & Culture teams, and general office management.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in accounting or financial controlling, ideally in a dynamic or growth-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical capabilities to translate data into clear, accurate, and relevant insights.
- Proven entrepreneurial mentality with strong business-oriented decision-making skills.
- Collaborative team player with demonstrated ability to build trust and communicate effectively.
- Hands-on, pragmatic approach with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality.
- Fluent in written and spoken German & English.
