About the Role
Busy, established catering company is looking to add several people to our kitchen team and catering roster. We are looking for both experienced cooks and kitchen/prep staff to join our catering kitchen. We are looking for reliable, hardworking people who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in producing quality food. Our kitchen produces a wide variety of catering menus, including hot and cold food production, hors d'oeuvres, platters, boards and corporate and event catering.
Responsibilities
- Produce hot and cold food items.
- Prepare hors d'oeuvres, platters, and boards.
- Support corporate and event catering.
Requirements
- Able to read and understand recipes, labels, production lists and kitchen instructions in English.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Reliable and punctual.
