About the Role
Greystone Programs is opening a new group home in Rock Tavern, NY, and seeks an enthusiastic and innovative Program Coordinator to lead its day-to-day operations. This role involves overseeing a team of Direct Support Professionals serving six young men in their 20s, implementing core values, and creating plans for resident growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a new group home.
- Coordinate a team of Direct Support Professional staff.
- Create, monitor, and evaluate meaningful plans for resident growth.
- Mentor, teach, and guide staff.
- Ensure adherence to OPWDD guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' prior management experience in an I/DD setting.
- Familiarity with service provision within OPWDD guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required to serve in QIDP role.
- Flexible availability needed for work schedule (Monday-Friday, day/evening hours, some on-call).
