Greystone Programs is seeking an Assistant Residence Manager to assist in the day-to-day oversight of a community residence in Staatsburg, NY. This role involves leading and supporting direct support professionals, implementing life plans, and ensuring high-quality services for individuals to develop independent life skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Residence Manager with the daily operations of a community residence.
- Lead and support a team of direct support professionals.
- Implement and enhance supports through development of life plans.
- Provide high-quality services aimed at supporting individuals to develop independent life skills and lead healthy and rewarding lives as active members of their community.
- Provide some shift coverage weekly.
Requirements
- Experience and familiarity with service provision within OPWDD guidelines.
- 1 year supervisor experience.
- Requires both day and evening hours with some on-call responsibility.
- Flexible availability needed.
