About the Role
Greystone Programs is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Residence Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a group home in Hyde Park, NY, serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). This role involves implementing core values to coordinate Direct Support Professional staff and ensure residents have opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day oversight of a group home.
- Coordinate a team of Direct Support Professional staff.
- Implement core values of Respect, Integrity, Compassion, Honesty and Diversity.
- Create, monitor, and evaluate meaningful plans for resident growth and development.
- Mentor, teach, and guide staff.
- Handle on-call responsibilities.
Requirements
- Demonstrated competence in independently leading/supervising staff.
- Experience working in an OPWDD setting is preferred.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Flexible availability needed.
- Must complete NYS Drivers Safety Course.
