About the Role
This is a central, high-visibility role within Bank of America's Consumer Banking Strategy & Business Ventures team. You will oversee a pipeline of projects and staffing assignments, ensuring outcomes translate into measurable business impact. The role requires a thorough understanding of supply and demand within a deadline-driven operating cycle and proactive identification and execution of operational priorities.
Responsibilities
- Champion the Strategy & Business Ventures delivery and development culture.
- Drive results with a high degree of accountability, without direct authority, and with exceptional attention to detail.
- Model an inclusive environment for employees and clients, aligned with the company’s great place to work philosophy.
- Demonstrate deep process knowledge, operational excellence and innovation through a focus on simplicity, data-based decision-making, and continuous improvement.
- Communicate enterprise decisions, purpose, and results, and connect to team strategy, priorities and contributions.
- Ensure proper risk discipline, controls and culture are in place to identify, escalate and debate issues.
- Actively manage expenses and budgets in alignment with objectives, making sound financial decisions.
- Coordinate efforts across partners and teams to manage risk and ensure the timely and successful delivery of initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years in financial services with program design and management experience.
- Rigorous quality standards and attention to detail for all work products.
- Proven ability to bring structure and clarity in ambiguity and contribute effectively in fast-moving environments.
- Strong execution discipline, including tracking, prioritization, risk identification, and performance monitoring.
- Exceptional communication and executive storytelling skills (PowerPoint + writing).
- Strong business acumen: Consumer experience preferred.
- Curiosity and fluency in AI’s practical business applications.
- Strong ability to collaborate and engage across functions and business lines and build strong working relationships with business partners at all levels of management.
