About the Role
ING's Wholesale Banking division offers a broad range of innovative financial products and services to domestic and international corporate and institutional clients. This role is within the Capital Markets and Advisory (CMA) team, which focuses on leveraged, acquisition, and event-driven financing.
Responsibilities
- Analyze market data, comparables and trends to provide guidance on pricing and structures for various transaction scenarios.
- Support transaction execution and commercial efforts across the CMA platform.
- Assist in preparing client presentations and marketing materials.
- Support senior originators with pitching and execution of mandates.
- Present thoughtful recommendations and analyses within and across teams.
Requirements
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Financial modeling and credit writing exposure are helpful, but not required.
- Strong networking skills, both internally and externally.
- Genuine team player who gets things done and helps others succeed.
- Must have no work restrictions and be legally able to work in the United States.
- Must be able to travel and work at any moment when given notice.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, and especially Excel).
- Must successfully complete FINRA regulatory examinations covering the SIE, Series 79, and Series 63.
