About the Role

The HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support across the Human Resources function, serving as a primary point of contact for employees and managers. This entry-level role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day HR activities including employee onboarding, personnel record maintenance, timekeeping administration, payroll processing support, benefits administration, reporting, and employee inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR questions and requests.
  • Prepares and maintains payroll.
  • Maintain employee personnel files and HRIS records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Process employee status changes including hires, transfers, promotions, compensation updates, and separations.
  • Prepare employment verification requests and other routine employee documentation.
  • Support HR programs, employee communications, engagement activities, and events.
  • Assist with audits, reporting, compliance requirements, and document retention.
