About the Role
KRUSH Tech is seeking a detail-oriented Electronic Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. This is a ground-floor opportunity where you will be trained to assemble, wire, test, and inspect components, ensuring products meet quality, safety, and customer specifications.
Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic and electromechanical components for proprietary KRUSH products
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and assembly drawings
- Install wiring, PCBs, and other electrical components
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and effectively
- Conduct functional testing and quality inspections to verify product performance
- Follow all safety procedures, ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols, and company quality standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read assembly instructions and technical drawings
- Experience using hand tools, wire strippers, crimpers, and torque tools, soldering tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds
- Must qualify as a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities (ITAR)
