About the Role
Lead and manage the In Room Dining team to ensure successful operations and the consistent delivery of memorable cuisine and outstanding guest service, reporting to the Director of Food and Beverage.
Responsibilities
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Lead and manage the In Room Dining team, ensuring service standards are followed.
- Multi-task in a high work-paced environment.
- Check food orders for accuracy and quality.
- Ensure In Room Dining staff work in full uniform and meet the Hotel grooming policy.
- Collaborate with hotel leadership on creativity for special amenities.
- Monitor and react to all department issues with urgency and professionalism.
- Address guest concerns at a five-star level.
- Consistently train colleagues to improve overall service and standards.
- Complete weekly and monthly Forbes five-star audits and LQA audits.
- Balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs.
- Conduct regularly scheduled departmental meetings.
- Maximize revenues by communicating with Food and Beverage teams to implement strategies.
- Have full knowledge of all In Room Dining menus.
- Manage the departmental budget.
- Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
- Assist in other outlets as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous Food & Beverage leadership experience required.
- Previous point of sale system experience required.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.

Salary/Compensations
- $90,000 - $105,000 per annum
- $8K - $10K bonus potential
