About the Role
IEQ Capital is seeking a motivated Senior Associate to manage important elements of the client relationship. This role offers the opportunity to make an impact on a thriving business, achieve upward mobility, and be part of a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Support Partners and their team by providing operational functions such as money movement, account creation and maintenance, client and prospect meeting preparation, and placing trades.
- Interact with clients to support all aspects of their servicing needs.
- Research client inquiries and manage follow-up communication.
- Construct client performance and asset allocation reports.
- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service and devise customized financial strategies.
- Participate in client meetings to discuss operational aspects, with potential to take on investment-related responsibilities over time.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Deep curiosity about the financial markets.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to think critically and anticipate issues.
- Good verbal and communication skills.
- Good relationship building skills, both internally and externally.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-pressure environment.
- A 'no task is too small' mentality.
Skills
