About the Role
This is a varied role focused on member experience and team development, supporting the Gym Manager in leading fitness professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and contributing to membership growth and retention. You will play a key part in creating a great place to work and workout.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an excellent member experience through a constant focus on service and standards.
- Support the Gym Manager to bring in new joiners through club outreach and community events.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of Personal Trainers/Fitness Coaches and Gym Instructors.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
- Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for fitness staff.
- Manage and improve the Group Exercise offering within the gym.
Requirements

- L2 qualification in gym instructing.
