About the Role
Become a Financial Credit Expert. We will train you. Apoyo Financiero, Inc. is hiring bilingual talent for our San Francisco branch. This opportunity is ideal for bilingual candidates with experience in sales, customer service, call center, collections, retail, cashier, or direct customer-facing roles. Previous financial services experience is not required. We provide complete training in the credit cycle, financial education, and responsible credit history management. We are looking for individuals who want to grow and become Financial Credit Specialists. Through your work, you will help our community cover financial needs, reach important goals, fulfill dreams, and learn how to make better financial decisions to protect and build their credit history. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, call center, collections, retail, cashier, or customer-facing roles.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Enjoys working with goals, follow-up, and customer service.
- Able to explain information clearly, professionally, and respectfully.
- Interested in helping the community through financial education and responsible guidance.
- Desire to grow within a stable company.
- Sales and collections experience preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (Retail, Sales, Financial Services).
- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Strong phone presence; comfortable with high call volume.
- Strong numeric/data accuracy; computer proficiency (typing speed 40 wpm minimum).
- Self-motivated with a strong desire for professional growth.
- Open to ongoing coaching and committed to becoming an expert in consumer credit.
- Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality of client information.
