About the Role
Decagon is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to manage the company website and lead SEO and AEO strategy. This role involves executing the product roadmap, including new page launches and localization, while also driving search visibility through strategy and hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage website execution and develop systems for increased velocity.
- Execute the website roadmap, launching new pages and implementing ongoing site changes.
- Develop and improve workflows and tooling to streamline publishing and remove bottlenecks.
- Set and execute SEO and AEO strategy for traditional and AI-driven search surfaces.
- Explore programmatic approaches to scale content production and search presence.
- Manage a content contractor and collaborate with the internal team to ensure production continuity.
- Oversee website localization for international market expansion.
- Maintain compliance with cookie consent and privacy policies.
Requirements
- Experience managing a company website on a day-to-day basis.
- Proficiency with a CMS (Webflow) for page and change deployment without engineering support.
- Technical experience including HTML/CSS, scripting, or web development.
- Expertise in SEO and AEO strategy and execution, including adapting to AI-driven search changes.
- Familiarity with programmatic approaches to scaling content and search presence.
- Proficiency with SEO/AEO tools such as GA4, Search Console, and Ahrefs.
- Ability to pull and interpret data to measure SEO/AEO impact on pipeline.
- Experience managing contractors/freelancers and collaborating with internal teams.
