About the Role

Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries, including Financial Institutions, as an Unarmed Patrol Officer. This role involves conducting routine patrols, monitoring access points, assisting with badge processes, and maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, and potential hazards.
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with visitor direction and maintaining awareness of activity throughout the location.
Complete required daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Skills

Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control/badge experience is preferred.
