About the Role

This role is responsible for maximizing the value of one or more products by understanding stakeholder needs, aligning with product managers on priorities, and creating the vision and roadmap for the product to align with strategic business or technology direction. The Product Owner will lead tenant adoption, onboarding, and release-readiness activities for the Orchestra AI platform, managing the use case release pipeline, coordinating cross-functional partners, overseeing tenant communications and enablement, and tracking adoption and deployment progress. The role also involves preparing executive-ready updates on key milestones, risks, dependencies, and decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Generates the vision and roadmap for the product to align with strategic direction for the business or technology domain
  • Communicates the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and the team
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to understand their needs and problems
  • Prioritizes and creates work for a team, learning to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Creates, prioritizes and refines stories in the product backlog
  • Reviews and accepts stories and makes decisions regarding scope and requirements
  • Partners with the team to ensure that optimum value is obtained through technology and through subject-matter expertise of the business
  • Coordinate tenant adoption of new platform capabilities, model lifecycle changes, and other tenant-impacting updates
  • Assess tenant impact and adoption requirements to support successful deployment
  • Identify deployment gaps, mitigate risks, and drive resolution / escalation as needed
  • Maintain and communicate Orchestra AI use case release pipeline
  • Provide visibility into use case release progress, readiness checkpoints, and upcoming partner activities
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies across functional and control partners that may impact the release roadmap
  • Own recurring communications across Orchestra teams, tenants, and partner organizations
  • Communicate platform capabilities, deployment milestones, and adoption opportunities
  • Deliver training, workshops, and enablement activities to accelerate tenant adoption
  • Track platform adoption, onboarding progress, deployment milestones, and usage trends
  • Develop reporting and insights to support prioritization, planning, and management decisions
  • Prepare executive-ready updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives from planning through deployment
  • Assess tenant impacts and support successful adoption of new capabilities
  • Identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Drive alignment across platform, support, and control functions
  • Develop communications, training, and adoption materials
  • Track metrics and deliver actionable management reporting
  • Understanding of enterprise platforms and GenAI ecosystems
  • Experience supporting the delivery of Generative AI solutions in an enterprise environment
  • Understanding of concepts related to prompt configuration, AI governance, responsible AI, and risk management
  • Exposure to AI controls, guardrails, or other mechanisms used to support safe and effective AI adoption
  • Familiarity with emerging AI capabilities such as workflow automation, AI assistants, and agent-based solutions
