About the Role
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Cash Prime Brokerage, translating margin methodologies, client requirements, and regulatory needs into scalable product solutions. Drive the strategic roadmap for the Cash PB platform with a fit-for-purpose, globally consistent architecture.
Responsibilities
- Own Cash PB product strategy and platform roadmap.
- Partner with Sales, Trading, and management to evolve the platform meeting client demand and competitive positioning.
- Drive governance and prioritization across cross-functional programs, ensuring delivery against timelines and commercial outcomes.
- Collaborate with Operations and Middle Office to streamline front-to-back Cash PB processes and strengthen control frameworks.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Regulatory Margin Framework including FINRA 4210, Reg T, Portfolio Margin, and OCC Margin.
- Partner with Risk, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to ensure product design meets commercial objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into platform enhancements.
- Lead cross-functional teams achieving margin optimization and operational efficiency.
- Partner with CTO and Project Management teams to translate business requirements into technology delivery.
- Hold technology teams accountable for delivery quality and timelines while escalating appropriately.
- Communicate at all levels: technical depth to specialists; strategic framing to senior management.
- Work with global stakeholders on platform standardization and transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Prime Brokerage experience in product management or platform development within Cash PB.
- Demonstrated delivery of arranged financing platforms, ideally built at large institutions and scaled at smaller shops.
- Deep knowledge of regulatory margin frameworks (Reg T, FINRA 4210, portfolio margining).
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives across business and technology teams globally.
- Exceptional communication skills flexing between detail-oriented technical depth and senior-level strategic framing.
