About the Role
Deliver products between United Radio and warehouse, ensuring packages are prepared and shipped to arrive undamaged. Unpack and distribute incoming units, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage activities associated with receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.
- Operate Fork Lift.
- Open and distribute incoming packages.
- Package and ship units daily.
- Keep packages sorted between carriers.
- Ensure packages shipped out provide a positive and professional company image.
- Operate a small box truck.
- Perform data entry.
- Ensure timely deliveries.
- Process inventory.
- Work late as necessary to ensure timely customer unit shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
- Comply with United Radio's policies and procedures, and quality systems.
- Perform additional duties as requested.
Requirements
- Must have a valid NYS driver's license.
- Ability to stand and use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls.
- Ability to walk and reach with hands and arms.
- Ability to climb or balance.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Ability to talk or hear.
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
