About the Role
This role supports Treasury Management Sales Advisors to drive portfolio growth, deepen client relationships, execute strategic sales initiatives, and deliver treasury solutions. It combines strategic sales support, client engagement, independent sales execution, and post-implementation client support, collaborating across teams to contribute to revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Treasury Management Sales Advisors to develop and execute sales strategies, portfolio plans, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Conduct client, prospect, industry, and competitive research to identify treasury opportunities and support revenue growth.
- Prepare account structures, pricing proposals, profitability analyses, fee comparisons, and client presentations.
- Manage strategic client portfolios by supporting client retention, wallet share expansion, and treasury solution adoption.
- Independently manage designated treasury sales opportunities from discovery through close, including inbound referrals and reactive opportunities.
- Conduct treasury discovery conversations to understand client workflows, payment processes, liquidity needs, and fraud mitigation requirements.
- Deliver consultative recommendations aligned with client business objectives and treasury best practices.
- Partner with implementation service, and solution delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful adoption of treasury services.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, CRM, proposal tracking, and reporting activities.
- Stay current on payment innovations, fintech developments, treasury trends, banking regulations, and competitive offerings.
- Provide mentoring, onboarding assistance, and best-practice sharing for newer Sales Associates as appropriate.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience in Treasury Management, Cash Management, Commercial Banking, Payments, Treasury Sales Support, or related financial services experience.
- High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of relevant experience.

Salary/Compensations
- If hired in NY, the base pay for this position is generally between $88,200.00 and $117,600.00
- If hired in NC, the base pay for this position is generally between $73,500 and 98,000.00
