About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. This sales-led role involves educating adult smokers about IQOS, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving store performance in an engaging retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Educate adult smokers on the benefits of IQOS through engaging conversations, product demonstrations and guided trials.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while confidently driving sales performance.
- Support the Store Lead in achieving store targets and maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness and merchandising.
- Support day-to-day store operations including opening and closing procedures, stock management, reporting and cash handling.
- Ensure all sales are completed in line with Challenge 25 and all regulatory and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Previous retail or sales experience, or a genuine passion for selling and engaging with customers.
- Demonstrates confidence when engaging and building rapport with customers.
- Delivers exceptional customer experiences through consultative selling.
- Thrives in a target-driven retail environment.
- Learns new products quickly and confidently communicates their features and benefits.
- Adapts communication style to meet the needs of different customers.
- Maintains high standards of professionalism at all times.
- Applicants must be aged 18+ due to the nature of the product.
