About the Role
The Fixed Income Execution Desk facilitates client orders on a riskless basis across all fixed income products, seeking best execution. This role focuses on fixed income operational functions, covering the full trade life cycle from booking to settlement, including regulatory requirements and market analysis.
Responsibilities
- Support Financial Advisor teams from pre to post transaction
- Confirm and match all fixed income transactions versus street counterparties
- Perform regulatory checks at the start and end of each trading day
- Monitor TRACE and MSRB websites
- Conduct business analysis
- Facilitate client fixed income orders
Requirements
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize workflow
- Effective communication skills
- Experience with Pershing Netx360 and Bloomberg
- Spanish and/or Portuguese helpful
