About the Role
Raio Dental Plainview is seeking an ambitious, growth-minded General Dentist to become the practice’s full-time provider and clinical leader. This is a turnkey opportunity for a dentist who wants to build a highly productive practice, lead an excellent clinical team, and benefit from strong patient intake without assuming the financial and administrative burdens of practice ownership.
Responsibilities
- Become the Primary Dentist at Raio Dental Plainview
- Lead an excellent clinical team
- Take ownership of the practice's growth
- Provide comprehensive care
- Perform implant restoration
- Perform endodontics
- Perform oral surgery
- Perform cosmetic dentistry
- Perform comprehensive restorative care
- Place implants (preferred)
- Provide clear-aligner therapy
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Dental License in New York
- DEA Registration (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Commitment to quality patient care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
