About the Role
You will be designing and building the operating system for modern 3PL operations, bridging the gap between complex physical operations and modern software, and helping set the strategic direction for solving these challenges.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end strategy and roadmap for a core product area, from discovery through post-launch optimization
- Utilize AI throughout the product loop by synthesizing ops feedback, drafting options, stress-testing edge cases, and accelerating delivery with engineering
- Translate the chaotic reality of logistics into structured, scalable product solutions
- Work side-by-side with engineers and designers to co-create the experience
- Define metrics and prioritization frameworks for team trade-offs
- Partner with Ops to ensure software resolves real bottlenecks
- Coach and provide guidance to other PMs
- Help shape product best practices across the organization
Requirements
- 7+ years in Product Management
- Track record of owning multi-quarter roadmaps or leading initiatives across multiple cross-functional teams
- Understanding of the complexity of moving physical things
- High bar for UX and understanding of good user experience principles and tradeoffs
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business KPIs to technical teams
- Ability to translate ambiguous, cross-functional priorities into a clear narrative for executive leadership
