About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for recent university graduates to join our Associate cohort in New York, starting Summer 2027. Work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with direct exposure to Private Equity investors and industry-leading executives. You will be trusted with real responsibility from day one, owning your work and making a genuine impact on client success. Promotion is based on merit, not tenure, rewarding tenacity and initiative.
Responsibilities
- Delivering game-changing Senior Advisors to Private Equity clients.
- Researching and understanding industry ecosystems to identify key companies and executives relevant to a deal.
- Sourcing, interviewing, and securing experienced C-level executives and thought leaders as advisors.
- Presenting research findings to PE clients and recommending relevant advisors.
Requirements
