About the Role
Join our catering team at Zetland Court. Caterplus is part of Elior UK, providing fresh, honest meals in over-55 communities across the UK. We create moments through food, focusing on comfort and connection.
Responsibilities
- Support, organise, mentor and train members of the kitchen team in line with company procedures.
- Ensure food preparation and control meets requirements in respect of COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations.
- Report any incidents.
- Support the manager in maintaining, ordering and controlling food stocks within budget.
- Maintain up to date product and menu knowledge.
- Maintain a high standard of food preparation and presentation.
- Ensure portion and quality control.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness of all areas in the kitchen and of equipment.
Requirements
- Previous experience of working in a kitchen.

- £25,419.71 (£13 per hour)
